Opposition released Tear gas in Kosovo Parliament (photos)

According to source, Nigeria is hardly the only country with an occasionally lively Parliament as these pictures prove. Kosovo's parliament is debating a bill to grant ethnic Serbs more power. Opposition members don't approve of the deal so they set off tear gas in the parliament chambers in protest.

Glauk Konjufca, of the main opposition Self-Determination Movement Party, said party members would not allow sessions to be held until the government renounces its deal with Serbia and Montenegro. In the past three months, the opposition has disrupted parliament with tear gas, pepper spray, whistles and water bottles. The ruling government has accused the opposition of trying to come to power by force.
