RSUST Female Student Bares Boobs Publicly

Last Saturday, the Rivers State University of Science and Technology had its cultural day.
An unidentified lady who is also a student of the school bared her bare boobs during the school’s Cultural Day. This got a lot of people wondering if that was morally acceptable in a society like Nigeria. The photo got popular on Saturday and lots of people are still talking about it.
