Bilionaire business mogul, Alhaji Dangote named world’s 23rd richest person

Bilionaire business mogul, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, has become the first black man to break into the list of top 25 richest people in the world.
According to Forbes Magazine’s 100 richest persons in the world, the businessman climbs to 23 from former position of 43.

Dangote retained his position as Africa’s richest man with a $25 billion net worth, a position he holds for the fourth successive year.Mike Adenuga, owner of telecommunications company, Globacom, was next to Dangote on the list with a wealth of $4.6 billion, maintaining 325 position in the world, while Folorunsho Alakija, with $2.5 billion, was 687 in the world and Abdulsamad Rabiu ranks 1372 in the world, with $1.2 billion fortune.

Microsoft founder, Bill Gates is back as the richest man in the world, reclaiming the title from telecoms mogul, Carlos Slim Helu of Mexico, who has been ranked number one for the past four years.
Rounding up the top four are Spanish clothing retailer, Amancio Ortega of the Zara fashion chain, coming in at number three and Warren Buffett at number four.
