According to Nigeriafilms, the mother of 3 who has been off acting for a while revealed in the interview to Dupe Ayinla Olasunkanmi that she has fibroid adding that she already faced health problems last year.
The mother of 3 disclosed that she has menstruation twice a month, which started last year while her husband was still alive. Another alerting symptom was that Ogundimu would always bleed after the sexual intercourse with her spouse.

"So, at that time, I just felt it was one of the signs of menopause because I am way above 40. But last year, I had to go to the hospital to complain and the doctor said I had fibroid, even before the tests and scan were conducted. When the scan was done, it was discovered that the fibroid was fully grown in my womb."
After the husband’s death Ogundimu was raising her underage children by herself without, according to her, any help from her in-laws who had stopped calling since.
Thus, she explains that N350,000 is required to undergo the surgery and N150,000 for her upkeeps, which amount she doesn’t have.

It would be recalled that Nigerian movie industry has been hit by several tragedies since the beginning of the year: Christina Adinusor died at the age of 39 from cardiac arrest having been survived by her husband and children, Nollywood actor Chris Nkulor diagnosed with kidney failure also passed away soon after his friend has launched a campaign to raise money to enable him travel abroad for undergoing kidney transplant surgery.
