Stephen Keshi Is Amongst The Highest Paid African Coaches At The World Cup

I found out it quite interesting that Super Eagles head coach, Stephen Okechukwu Keshi is amongst the Top 5 highest paid coaches at this year’s World Cup. Their salaries are per annum. See list below;

1.  Sabri Lamouchi of Ivory Coast – annual pay of £618,125

2. Vahid Halilodzic of Algeria – annual pay of £600,000
3. Volker Finke of  Cameroun – annual pay of £235,000
4. Stephen Okechukwu Keshi of Nigeria – annual pay of  £233,750
5. Kwesi Appiah of Ghana – not specified

 Globally Russia’s Fabio Capello tops the coaches pay list on a salary of almost £7m a year while the lowest earning coach is Miguel Herrera of Mexico on a salary of £125,000 per year.
