Lagos police discover shallow graves in home of prophet who chained his teenage son and 27 others


Commissioner for Police in Lagos state, Fatai Owoseni, has disclosed that shallow graves were discovered at the home of 70 year old Prophet Emmanuel Adeyemi who chained his son and 27 others at his Oyinbo Unity Estate home in Ojodu, Lagos state.

Speaking to newsmen at the police command yesterday August 23rd, Owoseni said the prophet who claims to be a traditional medicine practitioner, was arrested alongside his first wife last weekend after they got a tipoff that the couple buried some dead persons in their home.

Politics: Ondo state commissioner, Special Assistant resign, defect to APC


The Ondo State Commissioner for Community Development and Cooperative Services, Yetunde Adeyanju, has resigned her appointment with immediate effect. The Commissioner tendered her resignation letter yesterday afternoon and later issued a press statement announcing defection to the All Progressives Congress. Similarly, Hon. Giwa Rasheed, a Special Assistant to Governor Olusegun Mimiko, also resigned and defected to the APC.

Jibrin writes APC chairman, exposes shocking details about Dogara


Embattled sacked chairman of the House of Reps Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin, yesterday wrote a letter to the chairman of the APC apologizing for going against the party's wish during the Speakership election last year. The Nigerian Navy recently paraded two suspects believed to be members of the militant group, Niger Delta Avengers. According to Commodore Joseph Dzunve, the suspects identified as Stanley Toghan and Felix Miyenminiye were behind series of attack on oil and gas facilities especially in Warri South West Council area of the state. FRSC orders the reduction of U-turns on the Lagos/Ibadan road to only two

Corps Marshal and Chief Executive at Federal Road Safety Corps, during an assessment tour of the ongoing construction on the expressway on Thursday asked contractors to close the U-turns on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. He said that religious organisations who have properties along the expressway should submit their programmes from now till December to enable the contractors plan ways to ease vehicular movements and avoid unnecessary traffic congestion.

Woman admits to having sex with dog after photo emerges showing her engaged in sexual activity with a dog


 A 39-year-old Kimberly Coggin from Alabama has been arrested by Calhoun County police officers for engaging in sex with animals.
She admitted having sex with animals after an image showing her engaged in a sexual act was shared online.
Police picked her up and she admitted to having sex with more than one animal after police investigated the photo.
